Yes, this is first choice. Engine supports G,M,k,m,u,n,p,f,%,ppm as scale and also supports logaritmic dB. If you do not use dB as unit, engine takes all parameters as linear.
There is a couple of scripts which are time-to-time processed. They take data from producers' webpages and then parse it and put it to database. Refresh interval is not regular.
